Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SimplyLedger ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SimplyLedger website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Service").

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
